As an independent contractor for Signing Source Inc., you have the potential for great secondary source of income or as primary source depending on your location. We are constantly looking for trained notaries in the mortgage industry.
If you have experience or have worked in the Real Estate market and understand the signing requirements of loan documents then we may provide you with work. You must be able to receive e-mail docs. All Notaries must have E&O insurance and passed a Background check.

Simply download the signer.pdf and W-9.pdf so you can fill it in and fax it back to us.

We love the Blackberry for e-mail, it checks every 60 seconds and alerts you as soon as it comes in. Know when you have docs or signing requests.

A good used HP office laser printer can be found cheaper and will out last and out perform any new home printer.
Much larger toner cartages in these means less $ / page.

Large (best for docs) 30+ pages/min HP 8000, 8550 or 9000,

Hotmail - does not take large files, some docs bounce (over limit)
Yahoo - was good, now not reliable, up-to 24 hour delays, who can live with that.
